The T.I. arrest story is starting to become a bit sad. The above picture shows some of the guns the ATF found at TIP's house during the raid. Speaking of which, I heard that the agents who hit the house up were way to vicious -- breaking doors, windows, throwing grenades, all with a 3-year old in the house. I even hear they tackled and stomped on T.I.'s young nephew. That shit better not be true.

On top of all that drama, TIP was denied bail recently and Sandra Rose is reporting that Tiny is pregnant with another one of his babies. She, herself, was arrested for possession of marijuana and ecstasy! I honestly feel bad for them, now.

Foxy Brown, who is currently serving a one-year prison sentence on New York’s Riker’s Island for a probation violation, refused to board a prison bus to a Brooklyn courthouse three times on Friday (October 12). According to the New York Post, the troubled Brooklyn born MC missed the first bus because she needed more time to work on her appearance. “She wanted to have an opportunity to change her clothes and put on makeup and be a bit more prettied up for court,” said prosecutor Robert Isdith. Foxy then reportedly refused to board a second bus because she hadn’t eaten lunch. Her reasons for missing the third bus were not explained. Foxy was scheduled to be arraigned on charges related to her alleged assault of a neighbor with her Blackberry back in July. Dame Drops Tribute to Jay-Z

Dame Dash has been invisible for a while and I actually liked it that way. Remember that Ultimate Hustler mess on BET? Talk about ignant television. Anyway, Damon's new hustle is a sort of Myspace ripoff called BlockSavvy. It comes complete with blogs, music, and members with lots of free time on their hands.

Now, Dame and his partner Biggs are releasing an album on the site called, Beyond Reasonable Doubt, a tribute to Jay-Z's legendary debut LP. It features artists performing their renditions to Jay's music. Dame recently spoke to MTV about the reasoning behind the tribute and the sentiment behind the original album.

"It's a piece of us. It's the only thing we still own that has anything to do with Roc-A-Fella. So back then, and being a part of the DNA of Roc-A-Fella, I was always trying to figure out a way to celebrate it. I knew the 10th anniversary was coming up. I said, 'Let's do an album with all the relevant artists doing a rendition of Jay records.' But Jay said he didn't like it, so we scrapped it. ... You know what it was, he said the best record was Jimmy's, so he didn't want to put it out."

Um, if Jay didn't like it then, I don't think he will be jumping for joy about it now. Artists on the new album include Kanye West, Nicole Wray, Jim Jones, and even Cam'Ron (of all people). I'm not sure if Dame is paying homage to Jay or if he is paying homage to Reasonable Doubt and all of the work he put in to make it happen. Seems like a ploy to regain relevancy to me, but then again I'm an asshole!

By now you have probably heard about T.I. being arrested in ATL and having his house raided over the weekend. Here's a quick synopsis: TIP sent his bodygaurd on a mission to cop him and the team a couple shiny new choppers (or whatever you kids call machine guns these days). The bodygaurd was caught by the ATF and taken into custody where he perceded to snitch on our good friend Clifford and then set him up in a Walgreens parking lot. Once there, the feds cuffed the rapper and his entire entourage. That's gotta sting!

Well, T.I. is scheduled to appear before a magistrate judge today. We will just have to wait and see how this pans out. On the plus side, he won two BET Hip-Hop awards and the employees at Walgreens had the best day at work ever!

Rapper Joe Budden is no longer signed to Def Jam Records after being heralded as one of its most promising acts in the early 2000’s.

I'm kinda late, but I am starting to learn that there actually is life outside the Internet and I'm enjoying it. Well anyway, Jay-Z has announced that he is releasing a new album on November 6th. "Blue Magic" is the premiere track off of the forthcoming album titled American Gangster, inspired by the working film by the same name. The record, produced by The Neptunes, is pretty impressive, but I don't see it being the first single of a Hovito LP. It hasn't got that extra something that his other tracks do. It is still a great song, but hopefully we will hear more soon enough. Only time will tell, I guess.

Kanye West's "Graduation" (Def Jam) easily leads the star-studded class of Sept. 11 releases, posting The Billboard 200's largest sales total in more than two years. This is the new ad for Diddy's Unforgivable fragrance for women, that MTV refused to air due to its racy content. That's all well and good, but I have a few unforgivable reasons as to why this commercial shouldn't air on any station at any time.

I am so pissed. In case you missed it, the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards just wrapped up a few minutes ago, and of course the whole show was wack. However, the entire buzz of the weekend was of Britney Spears making her big comeback with an opening act for the night. Now the reason I'm pissed is because I actually admitted to friends that I was excited to see this bitch perform; Britney, although I don't consider myself a fan, has always had memorable VMA performances and with this being one of such high anticipation, well I expected a great show. If I only knew...

Ms. Spears looked like she just got in from a Downtown Vegas crystal meth/crack smoking party. The lost pop star was stumbling around the stage looking high, drunk and fat as hell. She didn't even sing - there was a backtrack playing for her to lip sync to (which she also could barely do) so she would better be able to dance (which she sucked at). The outfit she vacuum-packed herself into looked like it was made in hell. Her weave was a thread away from death. The singer didn't seem into the set at all. The whole thing was embarrassing and I honestly felt pity for Britney. I think she should do herself a favor and ~~die~~ quit the biz.

The artist for the month of September (yes, I'm late) is a young rapper from Bronx, New York. Mighty Infamous has been living in the sound of Hip-Hop since an early age. His aspirations to make it to the top were apparent, from the age of 10 when he made his own radio shows/freestlyes with the use of a tape recorder, to age 12 when he recorded his own songs with a handheld microphone. Looks like Chris Breezy premiered his latest video on 106 & Park last night - I can't be too sure because I don't entertain visual fuckery. The single is called "Kiss Kiss" and features T-Pain. The video was shot 5 mintues away from my house at Florida International University. Testicular Pain is actually rapping this time around. Suprising, but I still don't like the song. The overall concept of the video is average. Christopher being a bully is hard to believe (if he shoves me, I'm raising hell). I also don't understand the stocking cap on his head. The next sequel is set to hit theaters on October 26th - just in time for Halloween, as usual. The first scene of the new movie premiered at this year's Comic-Con in San Diego...and then it hit Youtube. I'm not very satisfied with it though. In a recent interview, MIMS claimed that Kanye stole his sound, which consists of sped-up soul samples. He stated, "I recorded my album five years ago so I did it first." What this One Hit Wonder fails to realize is that his mathematics are all wrong. Allow me to break it down - MIMS (Music Is My Saviour) was released in 2007. If he recorded it five years ago as he says, then he would have been working on this infamous sound in 2002. Kanye's first album, College Dropout, wasn't released until 2004, however he had been using said sound to produce beats for other rappers since 2000, which means he did it first. Shut down! Get back in the studio, Shawn!

Another rapper shooting barbs at 'Ye is Wine-O, from Houston, Texas. Now, I have only known Wine-O as the dude with the eye-patch that's on the 3rd page of damn near every issue of Ozone Magazine. So, it makes sense for him to pick on Negroes he doesn't know. He took the time to record a track called "911" in which he took Beanie Sigel's side and called Kanye gay. On the other hand, he also called out 50 Cent, saying that his nuts are so much bigger than Fif's. That, sir, is pretty damn gay! Shut down! His new single "Drivin' Me Wild" was a hit to me as soon as I found that he collaborated with Lily Allen for its production. Yes, I also bump Alright, Still when I'm in the zone. Sure enough, I love the new song and the video is perfect. It has just the right amount of humor and complexity that I love in my music vids. So, the live finale to Making The Band 4 aired last night on MTV. After weeks of waiting, millions of fans were finally set at ease when Diddy chose the members of his new group. While most people assumed that it would be a quartet, Diddy (predictably) instead decided to create a group of five guys at the last minute. Those lucky five were the gentlemen pictured above. In usual fashion, I'm gonna have to say that I hardly give a damn. I didn't watch most of the season, due to the fact that the estrogen levels spewing from my television set nearly caused me to sprout a breast. Men acting like women - shit ain't cute! Not to be a pessimistic bastard (ha ha), but I don't really see these fellas becoming the next New Edition. It's their job to change my mind.

Anyway, the video looks exactly like the first one if you ask me. As much as I like J. Holiday, I must say that I have been listening to that damn "Bed" song since March of this year; a remix is definitely in order. So, my wish has been granted. Ahh, the English people...you either love 'em or you hate 'em. Kanye West was in the good old UK on some kind of talk show where he spoke his mind on the battle between his album release and 50 Cent's. I don't how old this video is (I'm assuming rather old since most of this has been established), but I love how animated the audience is. British people seem to hate 50 Cent! Goodie for his big ass!

The Hip-Hop bully is at it again. As the world should know by now Five Dimes is releasing his third mainstream album, Curtis, on September 11. Therefore, there is obviously a fair amount of drama on the fly. From the leaking of music and videos to issues with Kanye West, CJ has had his hands full. However, that wasn't enough. Now, there is a new record out called, "Part-Time Lover", in which 50 goes at Lil' Wayne & Baby. Saying:

"you make me wanna kiss you like Baby kiss Wayne/make you call me daddy like Baby do Wayne/damn that shit sounds gay it's insane/I guess that's the price the lil' nigga pay for fame..."

He even goes on to take shots at Fat Joe & Ja Rule, mentions Ciara, and cleverly refers to a lot of the popular songs on radio today. So, my question is: Can 50 Cent sell records without the use of controversy?

Nicole Scherzinger was better off dolling it up with the other Pussycats. I don't think this solo thing is going to work out in her favor at all. Most of the material Interscope Records has presented to us regarding her upcoming album is lame. Prime example: this video. Running from the police, self-contortion, overly dramatic dance moves - Beyonce has done all of that and I hated it then. Do better, Nicole.

Growing Up Rough

Chris Brown has decided to open up to Giant Magazine about his past and hatred for his ex-stepdad. Grab a box of Kleenex and brace yourselves.

While growing up, Brown watched his stepfather repeatedly abuse his mother. "He used to hit my mom. He made me terrified all the time, terrified like I had to pee on myself," he recalled. "I remember one night he made her nose bleed. I was crying and thinking, 'I'm just gonna go crazy on him one day...' I hate him to this day."

Brown's hatred of his stepfather's abuse haunted him so much that he even warned his mother that if she did not leave her husband, there'd be a big price to pay. "I just want you to know that I love you," the then-11-year-old warned her. "But one day I'm gonna take a baseball bat one day while you're at work, and I'm gonna kill him."

I know how you feel, young man. Well, not really, but don't we all think we do. Anyway, Chris also confessed that he had a thing for fellow R&B/Dance artist, Ciara, but got shot down by her twice. Maybe she doesn't like yellow cake. Thanks for the honesty though, Christopher.

The KKK (Knavery Knowles Klan) flew out to Toronto in means of launching their clothing line, Dereon, in Canada. Oh, the excitement...yes. I hear all the mounties were given complimentary fitted caps and blouses made of natural maple leaves out of appreciation for their services. Gotta love that Tina.
