Gerald Levert 1966 - 2006
R&B star, Gerald Levert, passed away due to an apparent heart attack in his sleep on November 10, 2006; he was 40 years old. Sister 2 Sister magazine reported that Gerald and his father, Eddie Levert of 70's group The O'Jays, had just returned from a 10-day trip to South Africa where they had met with Nelson Mandela. Rest in Peace to one of the best R&B artists to ever live. You will be missed Gerald.
