The Rundown Is Ready

Angela Simmons recently familiarized the world with her plans of starting her own magazine on the last season of MTV's Run's House. Well, after an agreement between her, Rev. Run, and Word Up! Magazine founder, Scott Figman, we can all get to see the result of her editorial imagination. The fashion-based magazine, Angela Simmons' Rundown, will hit newsstands across the country next week as a packaged bonus for Word Up! readers. The first issue will feature celebs such as Auntie Kimora, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, & Bow Clown.

"It feels good. I feel empowered. I’m happy with it," Angela Simmons told AllHipHop.com. "It’s a great opportunity for me. It connects back to what I like to do, which is fashion and I want to be a fashion designer. So everything that’s in the magazine is what I love."

Angela is also moving into the position of executive editor for Word Up!, while her younger brother, Daniel, will run his own column called "Diggy's Doin' It".

Run's House has been renewed for a third season and will start taping again around Sept. 26th.
