A Dynamic Duo

Juelz Santana and Lil' Wayne have been talking about recording an album together for months with no musical or promotional evidence to backup the claim. I wasn't suprised by the delay, because these artist partnership situations hardly ever work (Cee-lo and Jazze Pha...what was that?).
